Individual Energy Upgrade Grants
These types of home energy grants are available for single energy upgrade measures such as attic insulation or wall insulation.
The Individual Energy Upgrade Grants are best suited to:
- Individuals who want to manage their own project
- Individuals who want to choose their own contractor
- Individuals who want to go through the grant application & process themselves
- Individuals who want to claim the grant after works are completed
To be eligible for the individual energy upgrade grants, your home must be built and occupied before 2011 for insulation and heating controls and 2021 for heat pumps and renewable systems.
