1. External Insulation Operative/ General Construction Operative

Position Responsibilities:

• Insulating walls with external wall insulation – sufficient training will be provided
• Coring Wall Ventilation
• Extending Pipework
• Fitting Fixtures
• Delivering Materials onsite
• Dealing with clients in a professional manner
• Ensuring Health and Safety are maintained  at all time

2. Loft & Cavity Insulation Technician

Position Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading insulation materials
• Installing roof insulation materials by either rolling or pumping
• Measuring and cutting insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes
• Injecting insulation materials through drilled holes in a specific order
• Checking that all air bricks and flues are clear
• Working out volumes of space to be filled & the amount of insulation required
• Making sure that the materials and methods used meet building regulations
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Being aware of health and safety procedures
• Working on-site, both indoors and outdoors in a variety of buildings

Skills Required:

• Excellent attention to detail
• A high degree of accuracy and observation
• The ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role OR the drive to gather experience

3. Window & Door Installer 

Position Responsibilities:

• Installing new windows, including measuring and cutting openings for them in walls or ceilings
• Installing new doors and door frames
• Repairing or replacing damaged sashes, muntins, locks, frames, hinges, stops, or other components of windows
• Installing new skylights or roof windows
• Completing installation projects in a timely manner
• Ensuring Health and Safety are maintained all time

4. Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong aptitude for accounts administration and a high level of attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office and be able to work on their own initiative, meet strict deadlines, and have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Day-to-day processing of sales invoices, receipts, and payments
• Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
• Deal with customer queries via phone and e-mail
• Enter time sheets into the system.
• Manage subcontractors’ insurance, agreements, and other related documents.
• Process weekly sub-contractor payments
• Prepare and write quotations and contracts for clients.
• Schedule regular maintenance on company vehicles & tools and ensure that all certification is up to date.
• Order materials & liaise with suppliers.
• Help prepare project documentation and keep project files up to date.
• Create Handover files for customers.
• General and ad hoc administration and office duties

Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
